One of the perks of having an office or cubicle at Create Appalachia is that we invite our members to hold ribbon cuttings in our gallery when they join the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. Premier Service treated the community to quite a delicious spread, catered by the Mad Hatter. Michael Glazer, President of Premier, spoke about his enthusiasm has been a member of our community for a while now, and they recently joined the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce. His wife Alexa joined him at the celebration, along with his two adorable daughters. We were excited to celebrate with them and to learn more about what they do and what brought them to Kingsport from Canada. 

Premier Service works with clients interested in brand-building. They serve retail businesses and restaurants that want to ensure great customer service. They arrange for mystery shoppers to go out to businesses and rate everything from the atmosphere and ambiance to cleanliness and customer service. They also help businesses find brand ambassadors, set up merchandising displays, and audits. As Michael says, “We never say no to a customer!” They work with clients to tailor their assistance to meet the client’s needs and budget.
