Tiny Art Throwdown is back!
This time Create Appalachia will be “bombing” downtown Kingsport with street art during the G.O.A.T. Arts Festival on April 22 -23. As always, artists are invited to compete in this temporary street art competition where unattractive city features like pipes and fence posts, windows and sidewalk cracks are transformed.
