Instructor: Hannah Harvey
TIMES: 5:30 p.m. EST
Learn to tell the story of your business to your community and customers. It’s about more than advertising. It’s about getting to know your own narrative and communicating it using professional storytelling techniques that draw others into community with you. We will study how oral storytelling is really based on imagery, and we’ll apply these image-based techniques to the different platforms where you communicate your story, not only orally, but also through the various media that help us “market” ourselves. (Think websites and social media.) We’ll discuss how to listen to what your audience needs so that the story you tell helps others connect with you and your work.
