🖼 What you can submit

• 2D works: painting, illustration, mixed media

• 3D & installation (ready for in-person display)

• New media: short film, video, animation, game art, digital illustration, photography, 3D sculpture

Note: Physical gallery display — work must be delivered to the space in person.

• Be part of a meaningful regional narrative — this isn’t just “another show,” it’s an invitation to reflect Appalachia’s evolving identity.

• Exposure through a curated exhibit, reception/open house (March 5 6–8 PM) and a gallery run through May. 

• Aligns beautifully with your practice: your modern-bohemian aesthetic, laser-precision craft, handmade finishing, nods to heritage — especially resonant in a region defined by strong creative women and rooted in rich cultural legacy.

✅ Pro Tips Before You Submit

• Make sure your 2D works are ready to hang (wires, proper hardware) — the gallery has specific system hooks; “triangle hooks” or loose paper won’t make the cut. 

• Entry fee is $30 for up to 3 submissions. If you have more, each additional set of 1-3 files = another $30. 

• Digital/new media works must be under 2 minutes if film/animation. 

• If shipping your work: you must arrange return shipping and cover cost — check the policy. 

• Plan for drop-off: Feb 26 (5–7 PM) & Feb 28 (10 AM–2 PM).
